Blackhawk House is a 0n30 (7mm to the foot or 1/48th scale in USA money!) layout based on the Engine House (engine shed in ££s) of the Gilpin Gold Tram, which served many of the mines in Gilpin County Colorado.

The real line closed in 1917, but this model, by Ian Drummond, supposes it survived to the 1930s.

It was exhibited at the Barnsley MRC Exhibition on 7th/8th November 2009.
