French HOe ![]() This was a 'quick' 4' x 2' layout, constructed one afternoon for display at a show the following day, after problems with one of my other layouts (not narrow gauge, I hasten to add!).
![]() The buildings had been collected over a number of years for use on a French roadside narrow gauge layout - which had been planned as a 24' x 1' layout, but only had one 4' x 1' section started.
![]() Although it was by no means finished, it kept the children amused and gave me an opportunity to 'run-in' some of my 009/HOe trams.
![]() I'm not decided what to do with it at the moment - either finish it off or dismantle it and carry on with the 24' layout.
![]() At 4' x 2', it's easy to handle and goes into the rear of the car without any hassle... Update: I've decided to revert to my original 24' long layout, so this one's been dismantled. Watch this space... |
