Situated in North west California during the 1950s, Redwood Lumber represents a small logging and lumber (timber to those based in the UK!), of which there were several during this period. It is modelled in 0n30
Climaxes and Shays are the principal locomotives and, along with the other rolling stock, are all products of Bachmann. Buildings are scratchbuilt from balsa strip and the layout was featured in Continental Modeller, March 2007
The layout is 9 foot six inches by two foot and it was constructed by Roger Nicholls
The layout appeared at the Barnsley MRC EXhibition on 7th/8th November 2009.
